Lifting Bar

The lifting bar makes handling heavy rolls easy, and is made from stainless steel with a pointed end to facilitate centering.

Electric Clamping Module

The PBSC clamping module is hygienically designed with stainless steel construction, polished welds and no unnecessary cavities. It uses electric action to clamp and hold vessels, and has a forward or sideways tipping action to optimize functionality.

V-Shaped roller platform

The rollers make the transfer of the reel of film to the packing machine very easy, as the reel can be pushed on the rollers the platform will not go inside the machine and therefore reducing the risk of damage to the machine.

Excenter Clamp

The reel is clamped in its centre by an axle with an excentre movement. The reel moves easily on the axle fitted with roller bearings and tilts 90 deg forward electronically.

Centre Clamp

The reel of film is electronically clamped between a centre tube and a tube on the circumference of the reel. This method is preferred when the reels are loosely packed and tilts 90 Deg forward electronically.

V-tray

Rotating V shaped tray in which can be placed directly onto the regular platform to make it easier to handle items such as handle rolls and bars etc...
